除了中国以外的护照持有者申请马来西亚落地签情况

其实很多国家都是可以到马来西亚落地签的，比如说吉尔吉斯坦这样的国家都可以在马来西亚落地签3个月，小曹也是纳闷可能是因为物以稀为贵吧。比如说下面的这些国家就比较特别：

No visa is required for U.S.A. citizens visiting Malaysia for social, business or academic purposes (except for employment).

一、美国人不需要签证就可以做落地签，具体能给几个月要看关口情况；

No visa is required for stays of less than one month for nationals of all ASEAN countries except Myanmar nationals. For a stay exceeding one month, a visa will be required, except for Brunei and Singapore nationals.

For nationals of Israel, visas are required and permission must be granted from Ministry Of Home Affairs.

二、一个月逗留期限的话东盟国家不需要签证进入马来西亚，除了缅甸之外，超过一个月免签的的只有文莱和新加坡，然后以色列的话需要内政部批准才能申请签证，马来和它没有建立外交；

For nationals of Republic of Serbia and Republic of Montenegro, visas are required without permission granted from Ministry Of Home Affairs.塞尔维亚和黑山需要签证进入，估计不容易批准,不懂why;

Nationals of countries other than those stated above (with the exception of Israel) are allowed to enter Malaysia without a visa for a visit not exceeding one month.其他国家都可以落地签到马来西亚一个月，除了中国和印度之外，小曹觉得应该是咱们和啊三都太多人了，需要控制总量吧。
